In the interstate match between Victoria and Queensland",' Victoria, in their first innings/made 275 runs, Kenny, not out, 59; Seitz, 59; and Delves, 21, were the chief scorers. Queensland, in their s'econd innings, made 252, Barstow and Lewis each 29. Victoria, in thefr second attempt, made 175, the chief scorera being— Vaugban 66, Seitz 27.- Matthews 515. Redgrave took 4-for 33, and McLaren 3 for 30, the latter taking the last three wickets for one. Queensland-won by 66 runs. In their first-inning-a the winners made 264.
