LABOUR BILL TO BE INTRO-
DUCED

LONDON, December 19
The Labour Party is disappointed at learning that the Government intends postponing the Osborne legislation untu 1912!
The Party intends proceeding with its own Bill at the earliest possible opportunity.
If it is read «i second time, the Party will insist upon tHe Government facilitating its passage through", the House, threatening, in the event of refusal, to withhold their support on the Budget.
