KIOTEKS CONVICTED OF MAN SLAUGHTER.

NEW YORK, December 18,
A verdict of manslaughter has been returned against a negro at Newark, Ohio, who was implicated in the lynching of an anti-saloon detective in Ju'y last. Ihis is the iirst conviction, but there are twenty more rioters to be tried.
