A TEST CASE. Re.eived Last Night, 9.30 o'c'ock. SYDNEY, Decemher 24. The Rev, Valdtn, at a meeting of the Evangelical Council, declared hia intention of prosecuting shopkeepers trading on Sundays, to test the attitude of the Magistrate towards the Chief Secretary, in a minuta telling the police not to prosecute.
