Received December K, 10.20 a.m. SYDNEY, December J7. The Assembly sat through . the night discussing the Electoral Bill. An excised scene occurred during one of the divisions. Mr Price accused Mr Neilson, Minister of Lands, of "greasing the fat man." Mr Neilson replied that he would punch the speaker's nose, and rushed at Mr Price. The Premier, Mr McGowen, and others interfered, and Mr Neilson contented himself with using an expression ( which called fo'r withdrawal and apology.
