NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By TelegraDi* — Preaa Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. i The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast are as follows: Moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds have prevailed, with showery weather, in most parts, par--1 ticularly on the East Coast of both Islands. The barometer rose during the'night, but has fallen slightly today above East Cape. Present indications are for cool and showery weather generally, especially southward of East Cape and Kawhia; squally an Cook Strait. • Strong westerly winds in the Far North. The barometer will probably rise slowly everywhere.
