To-Day's Weather.
♦ NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegram*—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates* summary and forecast are as follows: The winds have changed to westerly and southerly to-day in most parts of the country. Showery weather has been experienced in most parts of the country, particularly in the South Island. The barometer has risen in the far south, but little movement has been recorded elsewhere. Present indications are for strong south-easterly winds over the South Island ;for westerly and south-wester-ly winds, strong to gale, in the North Island. Showery and changeable weather is probable generally. The barometer will probably rise soon in the northern districts.
