BACON FACTORY DESTROYED.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) JSEW PLYMOUTH, ;Last Night. A fire occurred at the Fitzroy Ba-. con Factory about 6.30 this morning*, the main building being gutted. The Fire Brigade saved the smoke-room, and the machinery was not damaged. I'he insurances were:—Building, in the Commercial Union, and £l5O in the Guardian; machinery, £IOO in the Commercial Union, and £250 in the Guardian. The damage to the building will prcbably exceed the insurance. The outbreak ia'unaccounted for. The factory had recently been taken over from a Company by Mi Ingley.
