TOWNSHIPS INUNDATED. HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES HOMELESS. Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock. PARIS, December 3. Ilia whole r 'o£ the rivers in the district cf Brest have overflowed. The towns of Morlaix, Guirgarnp, and I.annion, are flooded. The flocdi are menacing the villages near St. Etienne. Seven thousand people have been rendered workless in Nantes. Hundreds of families are homeless. The railways have been submerged around Orleans. The bursting of a dam at R-Jontjean submerged the neighbourhood to a depth of six feet. • The Chamber of Deputies has voted £6OOO towards the relief of the sufferer?.
