GERMAN EXPEDITION
TO SOUTH POLAR REGIONS. SAILS IX THE SWUNG. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) l/ERLIN, December 2. Lieutenant Filchner has secured a sealing vessel of 530 tons burden, with auxiliary engines, for his South Polar expedition. The crew of the vessel will number thirty, and will all be Germans. The expedition sails in the spring.
