COW-TESTING COMPETITION.
BUSH DISTRICTS A. AND P. ASSOCIATION. The results of the cow-testing competition in connection, with the Bush Districts A. and P. Association were • made known yesterday. Tlie prizes -were awarded for tlie quantity and quality of milk over the two milkings, for cows any age. There were twenty-two cows competing. Following were the first three: — • Miss Cleghorn's "Bonny," 46 lbs milk, 5.4 test, 2.4841bs butter fat ... 1 MeGovern Bros.' "Pearl," 52$ lbs milk, 4.7 test, 2.4681bs butter fat 2 Mrs Matthews' "Topsy," 521bs milk, 4.2 test, 2.1841bs butter fat 3 The first two cows on the list were Jerseys.
