THREE MILLION PEOPLE SUFFERING.
WIDE AREA AFFECTED. Received Last Night, 9.30 o'clock. SHANGHAI, November 30. Three million people are suffering from famine in the northern parts of tne province of Anhui. The famine extends over a wider area than the great iamine of 1907, but is less severe.
