As a fequel to the recent Navy League oxcur'sicn from Masterton to Wellington, in which it was alleged by a Wellington ntwspaper that one half of the excursionists did not visit the warship then in port, which was the primary object of the excurison, the District Traffic Manager has written to the Secretary of the Mas terton branch of the League, drawing attention to this matter, and stating that the question of collecting the full fares .from those passengers who did not visit the warship is being considered. It is not suggested how it is proposed to collect these fares. Ibat, presumably, is another consideration.
