INTERESTING DIVORCE CASE

AFFECTING EKETAHUNA PARTIES. * Sitting in [divorce on Wednesday the Chief Justice heard the suit, Henrietta Dunstone v. Frank Dunstone, petition for dissolution of marriage on the ground of adultery with Rosa Elizaheth Forster, wife of Frederick Louis Forster. Mr H. V. Von haast, who appeared for petitioner, stated that the rase was undefended. Ihe parties were married on 4th March, 1891, and had ;three children. In 1908 they were living at Newman, near Eketahuna, and iri August respondent went to Whangarei. In July, 1909. he sent her telegrams stating that he would return, but instead he left for Austarlia with Mrs Forster. Decree nisi with custody of the children was granted, costs on the lowest scale being allowed. Frederick Louis Forster, railway employee, of Picton. sued for divorce from Eva Elizabeth Forster, and Frank Dunstone, co-respondent. The parties were married in Auckland in 1895, and there were five children, one of whom Bince died. Dissolution was asked for on the grounds of the wife's adultery with Dunstone, re» spondent in the first case. Forster and Mrs Dunstone are brother and sister. Decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted, petitioner to have the-custody of the children, with costs on the lowest scale.
