(Received November 11, 8.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 10. Furliu'i' details regarding the explosion iu the Victor American Fuel Company's mine at Delagun, Colorado, aro to hand. The men entombed numbered sixty-nine, of whom fifty-one are dead. Eighteen escaped. Twenty-nine dead Mexicans were found in a heap. Many of the rescuers kuic overcome by the after-damp.
