.—«— SEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast are as follow: The weather has continued foggy* and wet on the "West .Coast of tlic South Island, and cloudy and warm weather has been experienced generally. Westerly winds, moderate to strong, have prevailed everywhere. Present indications are for mild and humid conditions generally, with heavy rain on the West Coast, and rain probably shortly everyAvhere. High northerly and westerly winds probable everywhere. The barometer will probably fall everywhere for a storm area, apparently approaching from the westward, and the winds are expected to veer to southerly after from about forty to forty-eight hours.
