ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—The winner of any fiat race (after declaration of weights, if handicaped under Bst 101b) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra.
