COCOA CIGARS.
A PdKIS FRAUD
Received Last Night, 9.35 o'clock PARIS, November 7.
Madame Levillian has been fined £640 for manufacturing cigars and cigarettes from cocoa husks, thii3 contravening the State tobacco monopoly. It is stated that 3,500,000 of the cigarettes alone are annually placed upon the market.
