Resolutions passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the Council held on the 11th day of October, 1910—(1) Authorising the raising of a loan of £2OO for reconstructing the Bridge over the Black Creek, on the road of that name, in the County of Masterton, and (2) striking a Special Rate to meet interest and other charges oil the said loan. Copies of the said Resolutions, which are to take effect—(l) on the conUrmation thereof, and (2) on the Gabetting of the same, are open for public inspection at the County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton,. during office hours.
