EKETAHUNA STOCK SALE
Mesrss Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on their usual fortnightly sale at Eketahiina on Friday, 28th Oct.: —Our yarding in sheep did not come up to advertised numbers, but we had a full varding of cattle. Quotations:—Sheep: F.ni ewes and lambs, Ids • emptv heifers and cows, £3 £3 3s, to £3 lis 6d;' 9 to 2£-year steers, £3 16s to £4 ss; yearlings, 28s to 355; bulls, £4 to £5 5s : cows and calves, £3 10s to £4 7s.
LONDON MARKETS. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their Loudon house, dated 27t'i iust.: —
