A DISABLED STEAMER.
ARRIYKS AT CHRISTCHURCH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Morning. The steamer Strathdvde, which left Newcastle on September 16tli with a cargo of coal'for South America, arrived at Lyttelton to-day, having been adrift for three weeks wit|i. a broken rudder. She managed to crawl back to the New Zealand coast with the aid of a jury rudder.
