WANGANUI WINS QUICKSTEP AND SELECTION. Received this morning, 12.20 a.m. MELBOURNE, October 23. The nnal results in the A Grade test selection at the Ballarat Band Contest are—Wanganui l,Prahran 2, Collingwood 3. In the Quickstep Wanganui beat Ballarat for first place.
