Received October 19, 10 a.m. NEW YORK, October 18. Simultaneously with the floods in Havana, the town of St. Agustine, Florida, was inundated. DEAD AND INJURED. Received October 19, 11 a.m. NEW YORK, October 18. One hundred persons were killed, and hundreds injured, and the damage is estimated at millons of pounds, as a result of the hurricane in the West Indies. At Havana the inhabitants are panic-stricken.
