WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, AVoodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first clay's races. PENALTIES. Fiat Races. —The winner of any j flat race (after declaration of weights, lif handieaped under Bst 101b) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race Gibs extra. If handicapped at Sst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races. —The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211 bs penalty.
