ELTHAM'S MUNICIPAL PROGRESS.
ELTHAM, Last Night.
The Borough Council lias accepted the'tender of Messrs. John Ryan and Son, of Mauaia, at .icS'2oo, for the erection of a Town Hall in wood and iron. The building is to be capable of seating 1000 people, and will be provided with a full stage and theatre accessories. The tender of the same firm, at £3OOO, has been accepted for the erection of municipal offices and a public library in reinforced concrete.
