NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Council, at a meeting to be held 011 the 11th day of October, 1910, to confirm resolutions passed by way of special order at a special meeting of the Council on the 13th day of September, 1910, (1) Authorising the raising of a loan of £SOO for constructing head works and' distributing races in the Fernridge water supply district; and (2) Striking a special rate to meet interest and annual charges on the said loan. Copies of the said resolutions, which are to take effect (1) on tha confirmation, and (2) on the Gazetting thereof, are open for public inspection at the County Office, Chapel Street, Master ton, during office hours.
