MASTERTON RACING CLUB.
THE COMING MEETING
Several nominations have already been received for the Masterton Racing Club's forthcoming meeting, to be held on Friday and Saturday, 28th and 29th October, and Mr Hathaway predicts a good response from owners and trainers. The racecourse is in first-class order, and several improvements have been made for the outside public, which will enable them to get a good view of the totalisator machine. The catering has been placed in the hands of a local caterer, and p;itrons of the luncheon room and tea kiosk will be well cared for. Given two fine days, the Club anticipate a largo attendance of the sporting public.
