TURKISH SEVERITIES
(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock). LONDON, October 1. Router's Cetinje correspondent states that, owing to Turkish severities, the entire population of an Albanian • village has entered Montenegro. Many other Albanian peasants have entered Montenegro with their flocks and herds, having escaped the Turkish military press gang. 1
