NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Council, at a meeting to he held on the 11th day of October, 1910, to confirm resolutions passed by way of special order at a special meeting of the Council on the 13tli day of September, 1910, (1) Authorising the raising of a loan of £SOO for constructing head works and distributing races in the Fcrnridge water supply district; and (2) Striking a special rate to meet interest and annual charges on the said loan.
