NEW YORK, September 28.
The fifth bi-ennial National Convention of the United Irish League is being held at in New York State. Among the speakers to-day was Mr John Redmond, chairman of the Nationalist Party in the British House of Commons. In his address, he aroused great enthusiasm when lie declared that Home Rule for Ireland was in sight.
