Bally, two of the Coocliation Commissioners, ' interviewed representatives of the disputant parties, and asked them to confer once again I with the Commissioners this morn* I '"Bv Messr W. Pryor and'H. Ackland, the employers' representatives, did not sea their way to agree to this, and an informal conference waa held, instead, between the two Commissioners and Messrs F. Waddell and feing, the men's representatives. It, however, came to nothing.
