The acceptances for the Lower valley meeting aie very satisfactory, and fthe only race that has not filled well being the McFarlane Handicap, in which Full Rate 9st slb is considered very leniently treated. Good entries have been re--ceived for the Maiden Hack and Hack Scurry. In the first named event. Tribulation, a full brother to Provocation, Odessa, ,by Stepniak, and Lord Kilcheran, by Kilcheran, represent the best class.
