AMUSEMENTS.
THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. The Foresters' HaJl was crowded on Saturday afternoon and again in the evening to witness the last two performances of tne excellent series of pictures that have drawn laige audiences since Wednesday. To-night the usual change will be presented, and the new series bids fair to equal the last in excellence. Included in the programme will be a sterling Indian picture drama entitled "Ramona," with that popular American Biograph lady, Miss Dorothy Nicholson, in the title role. The Pathe art de luxe series will be represented by "Salomi" and "The Stolen Child," both magnificently coloured. "Wild Duck Shooting" should piove interesting, and a few useful tips may be gained by watching the various modus operandi. The comic pictures, which this series contains no Usi than six, are ell genuine laughtei | raisers, and include "A Penny's Worth of Spuds," "Incorrigible Mary," "Uncb.'s Eyes Opened," and "The End of the World." TOWN HALL PICTURES. 1 A liberal number patronised the \ Town Hall Pictures 011 Saturday niglit. The films were sc;v ned in a very finished manner, a:'J everything was highly appreciated. Owing to the Hall being otherwise engaged on Monday and Tuesday evenings, the Pictures will not be shown On Wednesday a compete change of J programme will be shown, when I the management promise an up-to-date and specially selected programme.
HAMILTON'S JUVENILE SCARLET TROUBADORS.
Hamilton's Juvenile Scarlet Troubadours open a two nights' season in the Masterton Town Hall tonight, when a very attractive programme will be presented. The members of the company are all children, and the manner in which they give their items is equal to that of grown-ups. The programme is on original and attractive Hues, and cannot help but appeal to all classes. Popular prices are being charged, so a good attendance is anticipated.
