PTOMAINE POISONING.

IN WINCHESTER GAOL. Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock. LONDON, September 10. Half the convicts in Winchester Gaol have been affected bv ptomaine poisoning. There are grave doubts concerning the recovery of some of the prisoners. Tinned meat is suspected to have been the cause of the poisoning.
