MASTERTON.—MONDAY.

(Before His Honor Mr Justice Edwards.) In re Alexander McKeozie. motion to annul order of adjudication. Mr Cullen appeared for applicant, and stated that the bankrupt had paid twenty shillings in the pound. An order for amendment was made, as asked for.

In re Thomas Peters, motion for discharge. Mr Pownall appeared for bankrupt. The application was granted. In re George Tiffin Stewart, motion for a discharge. Mr Cullen for bankrupt. I'he application was granted.
