A perusal of the London wool catalogues recently to hand, ar,d of the priceß realised at the fourth series of sales—l3th to 20th July—show that very little of the Wairarapa crossbred wool brought more than lOd to 10Jd per. lb, some of the coarser grades being quitted at from 7d to 8d a considerable fall since the March arid May auctions. Particulars of the tvo following ami well-got-up clips from the Whareama district give an indication of some of the best prices obtained for fleece wool in the greaser -Annedale M. W., superfine crossbred hoggets, Is; superfine crossbred, lid; super crossbred, Hid; first crossbred combing hoKgats.njd; first crossbred hoggets (63 bales), lOd; first crossbred, 9£d; second crossbred, 9d.JK.F.M., M.Y. conjunction—First crossbred, IOJd, lOd; crossbred, 9£d; second crossbred, 9Jd, B£d. *
