SEAMEN'S UNIONS.
TO BE AFFILIATED,
Received Last Night, 9 o'clock. COPENHAGEN, August 31. The convention of Transport Workers decided that the Seamen's Unions throughout the world be affiliated, to enable the Unions to show a book membership and to participate in the privileges of the Uhion wherever they may be.
