WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night.
Rev. D. C. Bates's summary and forecast are as follows:—Barometer faas continued very high in the north and remained steady in far south. The weather has been generally fair, and the winds have decreased in the North Island. Preterit indications are for a failing barometer everywhere, and probably low in the south on Friday. Moderate to variable winds will probably prevail northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and freshening northerlies elsewhere. Weather probably fair in north, but increasing cloudiness, presaging change in conditions elsewhere.
