(Received August 25, 10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, August 24. Count Meciem, a member of tlie Western Siberian railway system, states that four stations, including Omsk and Krasnoyarsk, defrauded the Govennment of three million pounds sterling.
The commander of one of the stations committed suicide when his frauds became known.
