NAME, PLEASE!
The Wellington Evening Post laments the waste of time in our Par-' liamentary institutions. It rightly says that ..this is the inevitable concomitant of the party system. But, when it proceeds to say that "in some cases it i 8 chargeable to a - chronic dearth or temporary lack of commonsense," one is compelled to ask for names. Who, in our House of Representatives, suffers from a "chronic dearth of common-sense ?"
