Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock. LONDON, August 19. A Magistrate has sentenced a Territorial named David Cunningham to a month's hard labour for disobeying his Sergeant-Major's drill order, and Drummer Kneath, of the Swaniea Territorials, io fourteen days for impertinence to his Captain.
