FOUND DEAD.
REEPTON, LantNigbt. A man named Henry Sainabury, who a fortnight ago complained of not being well, and was missed, was found dead behind a hut at Waiuta, With his throat cut. It is supposed he came from Otago.
GISBORNE LOAN.
GISBORNE, Last, Night. The Herald has received advice from London that Mr Lysnar, Mayor of Gisborne, has finally concluded arrangements through Messrs Birch, Cbrisp and Co. for a loan to the Borough of Gisborne of £175,000 at 4 per cent, at par.
