A GISBORNE LOAN.
By Telegraph—PreEs Association. GISBORNE, Friday. The Borough Council tc- Jay accep ted a loan, negotiated for by the Mayor in Londor. The amount is £175,000, and the terms are 4 per cent, subject to commission and other charges and 2 per cent, for further conditions.
