MASTERTON BOROUGH. The Municipal Corporations Act, The Local "Bodies' Loans Act, The Public Works Act, The Public Health Act. TEE COUNCIL of the Borough of _ Masterton HEREBY GIVES PUBLIC NOTICE that for the purpose of the good and efficient drainage of the Borough it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of Thirty one Thousand Pounds Sterling (.£31,000), and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding '69 pence in the £ upon the unimproved value of the whole of the Bofrough for the purpose of providing the required security and to meet the Interest and Sinking Fund charges during the currency of the said Loan.
