AMENDMENT TO RULES. Received August 1, 8.5 p.m. SYDNEY, August 1. With a view to giving more playing; time, the Saint Georges Cricket Association, embracing th irty-seven clubs, has decided to amend the rules to provide for eight balls in an over, and five instead of ten minutes recess between the innings.
