Received July, 25 11.20 p.m. SYDNEY, July 25. In the Court the Colliery Employees' Federation applied for a dissolution of the Northern Collieries Wages Btard with the object of removing Mr Paterson, the employees' representative. The grounds of the application alleged incompetency and misconduct, and that the award was likely to be one-sided. The action is a culmination ,of many request?, vernal and written, for Mr Paterson's resignation, all of which were refused. After hearing the application Judge Heyden adjourned the matter, and stiated that he would probably rot want to hear the other aide.
