The Municipal Corporations Act, The Local Bodies' Loans Aot, The Public Works Act, The Public Health Act. nnHE COUNCIL of the Borough of Masterton HEREBY GIVES PUBLIC NOTICE that for the purpose of the good and efficient drainage of the Borough it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of Thirty one Thousand Pounds Sterling (.831,000), and for the repayment thereof to make an annually recurring special rate not exceeding -69 pence in the £ upon the unimproved *?alua of the whole of the Borough for the purpose of iroviding the required security and t6 meet the Interest and Sinking Fund charges during the currency of the said Loan.
