Dear Sir,—lt 'is now over six months ago since I installed one of your Three Bucket Plants, with a 3 h.p. Watt Engine. When I gave the order for the machine I looks, d upon it as an experiment,, rent'eied necessary by the difficulty ia procuring labour. I am.moio than satisfied with tbo result. The cows took readily to tho machine, and I am convinced tnat I haie obtained better results ngnt through the season than if they had been milked by hand. ') his I attribute to the regularity and • mooth nes3 with which the machine es its work as against when the << ws are milked by dfferent parsons. The teats ani udders have not sustained the slightest injary by the use of the machine, on the contrary the cows have not been troublsd with sore teats, as is often the case with hand milking. To sum up with, I look upon the tise of tho machir.6 as giving as good or even better resul's than by hand milk'nr, besides giving a great saving in time and labour. The cows are less than half the time in the yard than if milked by hond, which is a great advantage.
