GERMAN SYNDICATES AT WORK. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received July 16, 9 a.m. LONDON, July 15. The Prime Minister, Mr Asquith, replying io a question put to him in the House of Coamons by Viscount Casrlereagb, Conservative member for Maidstone, said that German syndicates had resumed payment of bounties on exported manufactured articles, such as iron and steel. The German Government, as far as he was aware, was not associated with the arrangement.
