WHAT A WILL REVEALED.

Owing to deception, Judge Benson, of the County Court, annulled the discharge of the late Charles Clayton's bankruptcy. Clayton died in Australia in 1900, and an unconditional discharge was given in 1901. His will revealed that he left £l2,ooo—chiefly invested—acquired by methods of deception in Australia before he got his discharge.
